About me
Family and Systemic Psychotherapy is an effective and evidence based intervention, helps people in a close relationship help each other, supports individuals and families to understand each other better, to learn from difficulties and to grow and become a happier and more functional system, capable to support each other.

I am fully qualified Systemic Family and Couples psychotherapist, I finished my Doctoral studies in psychology and philosophy in 2010.

I started working in counselling and psychotherapy more than 19 years now and I had the opportunity to meet and support clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, educational backgrounds.

I work  both in NHS Mental Health setting both with adults and children with complex presentation and in private practice offering individual, couple and family psychotherapy.

Training, qualifications & experience
Systemic Family and Couples Psychotherapist,  counselling psychology, CBT and clinical psychology background.
